All appointments require a $99 deposit ($15 for consultations), applied to your final balance. The $15 consultation fee is non-refundable. The $99 deposit is refundable: if we determine your skin isn’t suitable, or you disclosed a contraindication before booking and we cancel, you get a full refund. If an undisclosed contraindication is found at your appointment, the deposit is forfeited.
If the deposit isn’t paid within 12 hours of booking, the appointment is cancelled automatically.

Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit.
No-shows forfeit the deposit.

There’s a 15-minute grace period.
Arriving more than 20 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the deposit is forfeited.

Clients must be 18 or older.
Tell us about any medical conditions, pregnancy, skin concerns or retinoid use before booking.
If you arrive with a contraindication that prevents the procedure, the deposit isn’t refunded.

Finding the studio is easy. Here's everything you need to know.

From PCH (CA-1): We're right on West Coast Hwy (PCH) in west Newport Beach — Suite 9.
From CA-55 S: Take CA-55 S to its end at PCH, then head west on PCH (Coast Hwy) toward the studio.
From John Wayne Airport (SNA): About 15 minutes. Head west to PCH, then continue west along the coast.

We’re inside Refresh Rooms, Ste 9 — in the same plaza as the Ferrari and Maserati dealers, with a free on-site parking lot.
